My Journey
Before becoming pregnant, I worked in business change, trying to make positive changes in companies.
I talked to everyone affected by changes. I worked hard to make things better for everyone, from executives to the lowest-paid workers.
When I got pregnant and had my baby, I was surprised by how much my life changed. It made me realise that the business changes I worked on weren't as important as I thought.
No one remembers using some work software 30 years later, but having a baby truly changes your life.
I wanted to use my skills for something more meaningful. So as an international speaker on mental health and a lifelong yoga practitioner, I became a yoga instructor.
Love PomPom yoga with my little boy. Honestly I look forward to it every week. Eleanor takes the time to find out how we're all feeling and her sessions have made the world of difference to get back moving after giving birth 🥰 would highly recommend!!
Eleanor's postnatal yoga classes are fantastic. Classes are well paced, have clear themes and focuses linked to postnatal recovery and wellbeing and are relaxed allowing you to look after your baby as needed. Eleanor is a brilliant yoga teacher - knowledgeable, reassuring and approachable.
Eleanor's sessions are great - she is so welcoming and it's a great chance to spend some time stretching and focusing on you in a peaceful environment. My baby also loves the calm atmosphere! We are both much more relaxed at the end of each session!
Thank you so much Eleanor for all the lovely pregnancy yoga sessions. They have all been at the perfect level for being pregnant - a great mixture of streching and relaxing. It has been wonderful being able to join in my third trimester and it's been sooo helpful for my hip pain as well 😊 I am looking forward to joining your post-natal classes after my c-section next week!
