The journey through pregnancy, childbirth and becoming a mum is huge.

The changes are profound; physically, mentally, and pretty much everywhere else.

Everything can change. While this can be wonderful, it can also be big, scary, and difficult.

My classes support your body through pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal recovery.

They also help your mind, giving you tools to build resilience and stay mentally healthy.

I will support you through this change. I will help you become stronger and more confident, the person you were meant to be.

My Journey

Before becoming pregnant, I worked in business change, trying to make positive changes in companies.

I talked to everyone affected by changes. I worked hard to make things better for everyone, from executives to the lowest-paid workers.

When I got pregnant and had my baby, I was surprised by how much my life changed. It made me realise that the business changes I worked on weren't as important as I thought.

No one remembers using some work software 30 years later, but having a baby truly changes your life.

I wanted to use my skills for something more meaningful. So as an international speaker on mental health and a lifelong yoga practitioner, I became a yoga instructor.
